POSTAGE
All orders are subject to availability and are shipped within 5 working days. We have a simple postage pricing plan:
Order value up to £30 = £3 postage
FREE postage on orders of £31 or more
If you require your order urgently, please call or email us prior to placing your order as we can usually arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery service at an extra cost.
In the event of goods being lost or damaged in the post, we will make a claim from Royal Mail. You agree to assist us by providing correct information in the event of any claim made by us.
RETURNS – ONLINE
To avoid unnecessary returns please note the dimensions/ size of items in your order before you buy.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will contact us by email or in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. We will contact you with our returns address and on receipt of your returned goods we will issue a refund less any P&P costs incurred by us.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you will email or call us within 3 days of receipt. On receiving the returned order we will replace the item/s free of charge.
